STIPULATION OF PARTIES TO BE ENGTERED AS AN ORDER
AND NOW, this_day of January, 2015, intending to be legally bound hereby,the
parties Kathryn L. Johnson and Kristine L. Kraft, with input and consent of their respective
counsel, in order to resolve all disputes between them as raised in the Rule to Show Cause and
the Response thereto, as they relate to the administration and distribution of their father's estate,
hereby agree as follows:
1. The list of guns, a total of 7 firearms, which was identified in the correspondence of July
2, 2014, of James D.Hughes to Forest N.Myers, Page 2, as the "guns designated to the
Buffalo Bill Museum," shall be gifted to and moved to the Buffalo Bill Museum in
Golden Colorado, subject to paragraph 3,below. Also, from the list of guns which were
identified in the correspondence of July 2, 2014, of James D. Hughes to Forest N. Myers,
Page 2, as the"guns to be donated to the Civil War Museum in Nebraska City,
Nebraska,"the first six guns in this list(numbers 721, 723, 732, 738, 777 & 188), and the
Barnett(number 744) shall be gifted to and moved to the Civil War Museum in Nebraska
City,Nebraska, subject to paragraph 3, below.
2. All of the rest and remainder of the guns, as identified by Appraiser David Sanders in the

list of 897 guns shall be gifted to and moved to the Sallows Museum in Alliance
Nebraska, in accordance with and subject to paragraph 3,below.
3. As for the remainder of their father's collection, including but not limited to the uniforms
and gun parts which can enhance the Sallows collection, defined as counsel for the

parties and Sallows representative unanimously agreeing as enhancing the Sallows
collection, subject to paragraph 4, below, shall go to Sallows.
4. Counsel for Kristine L. Kraft, Salzmann Hughes, P.C., and counsel for Kathryn L.
Johnson, Mateya Law Firm, P.C. and Forest Myers, Esq. shall be personally involved
with the movement of the 7 guns to the Buffalo Bill Museum as stated in paragraph 1,the
movement of the 7 guns to the Civil War Museum in Nebraska City, also as stated in

paragraph 1, and with the movement of the remainder of the 897 gun^o the Sallows
Museum as stated in paragraph2, above.
5. If there is more than one Civil War Uniform among the decedent's collection,then one
Civil War Uniform will also be gifted to and moved to the Civil War Museum in
Nebraska City,Nebraska. If there is only one Civil War Uniform in the decedent's
collection,then that one Civil War Uniform will be sold and the proceeds thereof will be
added to the residue of the estate.
6. Respondent Kristine L. Kraft agrees to voluntarily withdraw the counter-claim to remove
Kathryn L. Johnson as executrix from the administration of her father's estate.
7. Both Kristine L. Kraft and Kathryn L. Johnson will remain as co-executrices of the estate
of their father;their respective counsel will remain in the case as well.
8. Counsel will be paid reasonable attorney fees, billed hourly, for their work in finalizing
the administration of this estate. The estate will pay the attorney fees for the work in
finalizing the estate after the date of this Order:this work includes but is not limited to
filing the inheritance tax return, liquidating the assets including selling the real estate,
distributing the personalty including those items which are of personal and sentimental

value and not only those items which have monetary value,and maximizing the estate's
residue by selling the remaining items by whatever means available, including auction.
9. An informal accounting of funds relating to the estate of Eugene R. Hanson will be given
to Kristine L.Kraft by Kathryn L. Johnson, by and through their counsel, within ten days
of he date of this r. ,.
