DISQUALIFYING MORGAN, LEWIS &
BOCKIUS AS COUNSEL IN THIS ACTION
Barbara McK. Mumma and Lisa M. Morgan, Executors of the
will of Robert M. Mumma, deceased, plaintiffs in the above action,
herewith reply to the Motion of Robert M. Mumma II for an Order
Disqualifying Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, plaintiffs' counsel in this
action, as follows:
1. Plaintiffs incorporate by reference, as if set forth
fully herein, Plaintiffs' Reply to the Motion of Robert M. Mumma
II for an Order Disqualifying Morgan, Lewis & Bockius as Counsel
in this Action, which was filed in the Equity Action at No. 66
Equity 1988.
2. Plaintiffs incorporate by reference, as if set forth
fully herein, Plaintiffs' Memorandum of Law in Opposition to the
Motion of Robert M. Mumma II for an Order Disqualifying Morgan,
Lewis & Bockius as Counsel in this Action, which was filed in the
Equity Action at No. 66 Equity 1988.
3. Plaintiffs incorporate by reference, as if set forth
fully herein, Plaintiffs' Supplemental Memorandum of Law in

opposition to the Motion of Robert M. Mumma II for an Order
Disqualifying Morgan, Lewis & Bockius as Counsel in this Action.
