Rickenbach and Luther Mark Byers, Administrators of the Estate of the above-named Decedent, of the following: Cash in the amount of One Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($160,000.00) plus Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) held in trust to be disbursed over the next three (3) years. IN CONSIDERATION of said payment and transfer, the undersigned does hereby release, remise, quitclaim and forever discharge the said personal representative of and from all action, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof, or any other account, matter, cause or thing whatsoever relating to the Estate of the said Decedent.
