FREEDMAN, 16 Drexel Pee, New Cumberland, PAl 7070, who is the mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged premises h reinafter described. 3. On December 09, 1999 mortgagor made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the pre hereinafter described to SOVEREIGN BANK SIBIM HARRIS SAVINGS BANK, which ortgage is recorded in the Office ofthe Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County as Book 1586 Page 901.
