ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, March 30, 1989, at the request of counsel for
Robert Mumma, II, the hearing to remove the Executrixes of the
Estate which had been set for April 3, 1989, is continued
generally. Mr. Mumma contends that he has been refused certain
documents necessary for the taking of depositions. When Mr.
Mumma feels he is ready to proceed with the hearing, he is
directed to notify the court accordingly and a new hearing will
be set at that time.
