Please accept this document as the petition for the grant of letters for Michael J. Riley to administer the estate
of his late wife Theresa H. Yob.
1. Theresa H. Yob was 87 years old when she died at Select Specialty Hospital on the 5th floor of Holy
Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill.Pennsylvania; she died on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 2:52pm. Theresa
H. Yob was domiciled in the United States. She resided with her second husband Michael J. Riley at 411
7tH Street, New Cumberland, Pt': 17070. She worked for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania until her
retirement at age 79.
2. Theresa H. Yob died intestate and has a surviving spouse and 8 surviving children from her first
marriage.
Spouse: Michael J. Riley—2nd husband - 4117th Street, New Cumberland, PA 17070.

3. The decedent died intestate. No will has been found.

4. The decedent was domiciled in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the estimated value of her
estate is between $10,000-15,000 in bank accounts in New Cumberland, PA. Her personal effects are
located at 4117 th St. New Cumberland, PA 17070.
5. Person requesting letters of administration:

6. The Register of Wills in Cumberland County, PA did require the Renunciation of the decedents 8
children prior to granting the letters of administration to Michael J. Riley. Seven of the decedents
surviving children did renounce the administration to Michael J. Riley; the one daughter, Susan Yob,
who did not renounce had very limited contact with the decedent during the past two decades, did not
attend any of Theresa Yob's funerals, including the scattering of the decedent's ashes near her (Susan
Yob's) home in California.
To support the petitioners request for letters of Administration, Michael J. Riley was married for 17
years to the decedent. Mr. Riley works for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the Department of
Labor and Industry, Bureau of Blindness and Visual Services. He has two Masters Degrees: an MBA, and
an MS in Blind Rehabilitation Teaching.
To the best of my knowledge all of the information contained in this petition is true.
