the motion of Robert M. Mumma, II, to disqualify Morgan, Lewis
and Bockius as counsel for the plaintiffs in this action and the

response of the plaintiffs, said motion is DENIED.
Furthermore, this Order involves a controlling question
of law as to which there is substantial ground for difference of
opinion and an immediate appeal from this Order may materially
advance the ultimate determination of the matter.
