I, EUPHEMIA B. CHASE, of the Borough of New Cumberland,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will
and revoke any will previously made by me.
ITEM I : I bequeath my tangible personalty (not including cash
or securities) and insurance thereon to such of my children, ROBERT
G. CHASE and DENNIS L. CHASE, as are living after my death, which
shall be divided among them by my Executor with due regard for their
personal preferences in as nearly equal shares as practical .
ITEM II : I devise the premises known as 804 Sherwood Wood,
New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to my son, DENNIS
L. CHASE, without liability for waste and without bond for his life
so long as he desires to use such premises as his home and pays all
costs of maintenance thereof, including taxes, assessments,
insurance and repairs, said property to be insured in a reasonable
amount insuring the interest of the remainder persons as well as
himself.
ITEM III : In the event it becomes necessary to make other living
arrangements for my son, DENNIS L. CHASE, and he no longer .uses the
premises as a home for himself, I direct that the premises known
as 804 Sherwood Road, New Cumberland, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, be sold with the net proceeds from such sale being
added to the trust and under and subject to the terms of the trust
created under Item IV below.

ITEM IV: I devise and bequeath all of the residue of my estate
of every nature and wherever situate, in equal shares to my sons,
ROBERT G. CHASE and DENNIS L. CHASE, or the survivor of them, IN
TRUST, for the following uses and purposes :
A. To expend and apply so much of the net income and the
principal of the Trust as the Trustee shall, in his sole discretion,
deem advisable for the support, maintenance and care of my sons,
ROBERT G. CHASE and DENNIS L. CHASE. Notwithstanding anything to
the contrary herein stated, my son, ROBERT G. CHASE, shall be
entitled to receive one-tenth of the balance held in Trust for his
benefit on an annual basis . Payment may be on a more frequent basis
if deemed by my Trustee to be more beneficial to the recipient . If
not sooner paid, the balance of all Trust funds held for the benefit
of my son, ROBERT G. CHASE, shall be paid to him ten (10) years after
my death.
B. Should my son, ROBERT G. CHASE, die before his full
share of the trust has been distributed to him, the remaining balance
of his share shall be added to and remain in trust for the benefit
of my son, DENNIS L. CHASE. Should my son, DENNIS L. CHASE, die
before his full share of the trust has been distributed to him, the
trust shall terminate and the principal and accumulated income shall
be paid to my son, ROBERT G. CHASE, or to his issue, per stirpes .
Should my son, DENNIS L. CHASE, survive my son, ROBERT G. CHASE,
and should my son, DENNIS L. CHASE, die before the trust terminates,
any remaining balance held in trust at such shall be distributed
by my Trustee to FAITH UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST, Drexel Hills
Boulevard, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania .
C. I direct my Trustee that in exercising discretion in
paying income or principal to or for the benefit of any person

hereunder, it is my intention that in addition to and
notwithstanding any other applicable considerations of my Trustee.
Any such payment of principal shall supplement, rather than
supplant, other resources available to the recipient, from whatever
source, and shall provide for basic support only to the extent such
other resources shall prove inadequate or be discontinued.
My Trustee shall consider funds available to such person from
all sources and the tax effects of distributions to such person from
each of those sources . Trustee may decide to make, or .not to make,
a permissible distribution from any trust hereunder on the basis
of Trustee's determination, in Trustee's absolute discretion, that
more favorable tax effect would result if such distribution were
made from one fund rather than another. In making a determination
hereunder, Trustee shall consider all exclusions and exemptions
under the Internal Revenue Code.
D. Should any person entitled to distribution from this
trust be, in the opinion of the Trustee incapable of disbursing it
because of age, illness or other cause, and should it be impossible
or inadvisable, in the opinion of the Trustee, for such share to
be awarded to such person or distributed to another for such person' s
benefit, the share of such person shall be held, IN FURTHER TRUST,
and the Trustee shall accumulate the income and shall apply from
time to time such portions of income, accumulated income and
principal as they think proper for that person ' s support,
maintenance and care without regard to that person's ability or his
or her parent ' s ability to provide for such support, maintenance
or care, or to make payment for these purposes without further
responsibility to the beneficiary or to the beneficiary' s parent,
or to any person taking care of the beneficiary. Any principal or

income not so applied shall be distributed to the beneficiary when
he or she becomes of age or competent, or to the personal
representative of the beneficiary' s estate in case of death during
minority or before becoming competent .
ITEM V: The interests of the beneficiaries hereunder shall
not be subject to anticipation or to voluntary or involuntary
alienation.
ITEM VI : I appoint my son, ROBERT G. CHASE, Trustee of any
trust created under this my Last Will and Testament . Should my son,
ROBERT G. CHASE, fail to qualify or cease to act as Trustee, I appoint
GERALD J. SHEKLETSKI, successor Trustee .
ITEM VII : I appoint my son, ROBERT G. CHASE, Executor of this
my last will . Should my son, ROBERT G. CHASE, fail to qualify or
cease to act as Executor, I appoint GERALD J. SHEKLETSKI, Executor
of this my last will .
ITEM VIII : I direct that my Executor, Trustee or their
successors shall not be required to give bond for the faithful
performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
