BETWEEN: Jay E. Clough,Cindy L. Shoap,and Earl L. Willhide,residuary beneficiaries of the
Estate of Robert L. Willhide,hereafter known as RELEASORS;
AND: Cindy L. Shoap and Earl L. Willhide, Co-Executors of the Estate of Robert L.
Willhide hereafter known as RELEASEES.
WHEREAS, Robert L. Willhide, late of Borough of Shippensburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania,died on January 30,2013,testate;and
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary were granted on March 13, 2013, by the Register of Wills,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to Earl L. Willhide and Cindy L. Shoap to Estate File No. 21-
2013-0316,and duly advertised in the Cumberland County Legal Journal and The News Chronicle
Company and
WHEREAS, the Releasors have had all questions, legal issues and concerns answered during the
course of the administration of this estate and have no present questions or concerns whatsoever;
and
WHEREAS, based on the above,the said Releasors now wish to waive the filing of a formal First
and Final Account and Schedule of Distribution with the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that, in order to facilitate the closing
of the estate and to save the court fees and legal expenses which would be incurred by the filing of
a formal First and Final Account and Schedule of Distribution with the Orphans' Court Division
of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Pennsylvania, by the attorney for the estate,
and in consideration of the settlement of the estate by the residuary Releasors, the undersigned
Releasors do hereby approve the settlement and do excuse Cindy L. Shoap and Earl L. Willhide,
Co-Executors from any duty to file a formal First and Final Account and Proposed Schedule of
Distribution with the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, or in any other jurisdiction; the undersigned do further release, remise,
quitclaim and forever discharge Cindy L. Shoap and Earl L. Willhide, Co-Executors and from all
liabilities, suits, actions, claims and Demands for or by reason of their administration of the Estate
of Robert L. Willhide.
