Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 172�7 bein� of saund mind, memory and disposition, do
hereby make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void all Wilts by me at any time heretofore mad�.
FIR��`T. I order and direct the payment of all my legally enforceable debts and
funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient af�er my decease.
SECOND. I give and bequeath the full s�m ot THREE 'THOUSA�1Tll (�3,OOU.00)
DOLLAR».S to my great�andson,lvICHOLAS D.THOl'V�A.S,presently residing at 332 Roxbury
Road, Newville, Pennsylvania 17241 upon his graduation from Higli School or upon his fvmin�
eighteen years old vwhichever is earlier. In the even#that my great�dson is under eighteen(18)
or has not �aduated from High School, I then �ve and bequeath the sum of THREE
THOUSAND ($3,000.0�0)to and appaint as Trustee, my dau�hter, LII.�IAN E.WO�DERS, to
invest the same until �TIC`HOLAS D. THO�ifiAS iurns eighteen {18) or graduates from Hi�h
School, whichever is earlier, and to dis�tribute the balance at said time without the necessity of a
formal ad}udicarion of the Trustee's Account in the Court of Common Pleas of C"umberland
County,upon the receipt of a�ood and valid release.
THIRD. I �ve, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue, remainder of my estate,
r�, personal and m�ed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to my children, namely,
WOI.�GANG WOODS presently residing at 75 Laurel Drive,Carlisle,PA 17015 and LILLIA�
E. WONDE1tS presently residiva at�22 SteeLstown Road, I�fiewville, PA 17241, in equal shares,
on a per stirpes disitnbution basis.
FOURTH. In the event that any beneficiary of this my Last Will and Testament is
under the age of tv�enty-one(21)years,excepting provisions stated in Paragraph SECOND above,
I then give and bequeath said beneficiary's share to, and appoint as Trustee of any pmperty which
passes zmder this Will or otherwise, my son, WOLFGANG WOODS AS TRITSI'EE,
�VEI2T'H��SS, to invest and re-invest the same until�he said beneficiary reaches the age of
twenty-one(21)years,with the following powers in addition to those presendy given by law:
A. The power and obligation to expend the income towards the healtU, support
and maintenance, and education, including a college (6oth undergraduate
and �a.duate), trade, business or technical school education, of the said
beneficiary;

B. The poR=er a�d obligation to expend the principal, within the discretion of
the said Trustee, if�he income is insufficient, towards the health, support
and maintenance, and education, includina a college (both under�a.�tuate
and graduate), lrade, business or technical school education, of the said
beneficiary;
C. T`he pc�wer to sell any and all real estate, within the discretion of the saud
Trustee;
D. The power and obligation to distribute the balance of principal and interest,
if an� remaining, when the said beneficiary reaches �iie a�e of twenty-one
(21) years, without the necessity of a formal adjadication of the Tnistee's
Account in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, apon the
receipt of a good and valid release.
E. The principal of the Trus�anci�e income therefrom shall he free from the
debts, liabilit�es, and enga�ements of those beneficially interested therein
and shall not be subject to assignment by him or her, nor to atta.chment of
execution under any legal, equitable or ather process for the enforcement of
judgments or claims of any sort against them, either individvally or
collectively;and
F. In the event the ahflve-mentioned person is unabte to accept the position of
Truste�, I then name, constitute and appc�int my da.ughter, LILLIAN E.
WO�ID�RS of 422 Steelstown road,Newville,PA 17241, as Tnistee,with
the same powers and obli�ations hereinbefore stated.
FI�TH. I nominate, constitute and appoint my children, WflLFGANG WOODS,
presently residing at 7� I.aurel Drive, Carlis�e, PA 17015 and I_.T�.T.�AN �. WONDERS
presently residing at 422 Steelstovwn Road,Newville, PA 17241,or tl�e survivor thereof,to be the
Co-Executors of this my Last Will and Testament
SIXTH. I direc� that neither my personal representatives nar Trustee shall be
req�ired to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
SEti�TH I hereby direct that all federa.l, state and other death taxes payable because
of my death,with respect to the property forming my�oss esta#e for tax purposes,whether or not
passing under this Will, including any interest or penalty imposed in connection with such ta��es,
shall be considered a part of the e�ense of adminis�tration of my estate and that suc�be paid out
of the reslt and residue of my estate.
