RALPH J. IACONO and ELIZABETH J. IACONO, OWNER, adult individuals with a residence
address of 41 Kensington Square, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called "0 ner", have
entered into a contract with RALPH J. IACONO, an adult individual with a principal place 0 business at
41 Kensington Square, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, -hereinafter called "Contractor", for the erection
of a single family residential dwelling upon land of Owner situate in Hampden Township, umberland
County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A," atta hed hereto
and made part hereof.
NOW, this 11th day of April, 2005, before any authority has been given by the said wner to the
said Contractor to commence work on the said improvements or purchase materials for t e same, in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Owner and the further consideration 0 One Dollar
($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against said pro erty by the
Contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material-men or workmen or any othe person for
any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the inst Ilation and
construction of said municipal improvements, the right to file such liens being expressly waiv d.
THIS Stipulation Against Liens has been executed by Owner and Contractor on t e day above
written.

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, lying at the southwest intersection of Shireton Place and Pellingham Ci c1e, bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly right-of-way line of Pellingham Circle (50 feet wide) with t e line of division
between Lot 65C and Lot 18; extending (1) thence along Lot 65C, South 68 degrees 58 minutes 31 seco ds West, 170.82
feet; extending (2) thence along the same, South 12 degrees 50 minutes 09 seconds East, 53.54 feet; ex nding (3) thence

Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 151, Page 883, granted a d conveyed unto
Smith Land & Improvement Corporation, a Delaware corporation, a Grantor herein. Kinsley Equities II Li ited Partnership
holds an equitable interest according to a Memorandum of Agreement dated January 9, 2003 and reco ded January 10,
2003 in the Dauphin County Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Record Book 693, Page 1482 regardi g an unrecorded
Agreement Between Kinsley Equities II Limited Partnership and Smith Land & Improvement Corporatio Concerning the
Development of Real Property Located in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania dated J nuary 21,2000.
ALSO, BEING a part of the same premises which Jack Leonard Bair, married man, by his deed dated J ne 11, 2003 and
recorded June 12, 2003 in the Cumberland County Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Record Book 257, P ge 2828 granted
and conveyed unto Smith Land & Development Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and Kinsley E uities II Limited
Partnership, a Pennsylvania limited partnership, the Grantors herein. Rachel Bair also joined in on the eed for the sole
purpose of releasing any marital rights in the subject real estate. Whereby a corrective deed was recorded in the
Cumberland County Office of the Recorder of Deeds conveying title into Smith Land & Improvement Corp ration in Record
Book 260, Page 3413.
