MONROE, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the contractor und and agreed to erect and construct single family dwellings si in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and fully described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and part hereof known as Lot Nos. 6, 7, and 35 Ravenwood Road, M at Fair Oaks, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. o as rtook uate more ade a nor NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1. 00) ollar to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is ereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned i the agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting throu h or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or laims shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them agains the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for r on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or a y of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or bout the erection and construction of the said buildings on th lot above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himse f or themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others nder them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to ave, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, wa'ving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
