STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 11tf.. day of Af'~/L , 2005, by
and between W. LEE ROLAND, BUILDER, of 104 Lavynndon Lane,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as
Contractor, AND FERDINAND L. SOISSON, JR. and DOROTHY L. SOlS N,
husband and wife, of R.D.1, Box 42505, F1inton, Pennsylvania,
hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertoo
and agreed to erect and construct a residential dwelling on t at
certain lot of ground situate at Witney Ridge, in Upper Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 50,
Final Development Plan for Witney Ridge Planned Residential
Development Phase I, said plan being recorded in plan Book 8
Pages 63-64. Being part of the same premises which Gene W.
Hollinger and Dorothy J. Hollinger, husband and wife, by Dee
dated August 17, 1999 and recorded in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 206, Page 23, granted nd
conveyed unto Witney Ridge Investors, LP. Also being the s e
premises which Witney Ridge Investors, LP by Deed dated
April
2005 and recorded April
2005 in the Cumber and

Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book
granted and conveyed unto Ferdinand L. Soisson, Jr. and
Dorothy L. Soisson, husband and wife.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the s id
Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1 00)
Dollar to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof i

hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned i
the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontracto s,
and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agr e
that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintaine
by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot f
ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work done or
materials furnished by them or any of them under said contrac or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and
construction of the said buildings on the lot above described
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the ight
to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims
against the said buildings or any of them and agree that thi
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independe t
covenant.
