STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS THIS AGREEMENT made this L between Neidlinger Construction, a referred to as Contractor, day sole of March, proprietor, 2005, by and herein fter AND Larry V. Neidlinger and Mary Jo Neidlinger, husband and ife, hereinafter referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor unde took and agreed to erected and construct a dwelling on the certai lot of ground situate in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland Co nty, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Ex ibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot #21 Stonecrest Acres, Newville, PA 17241. NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Doll r to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is h reby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or nder them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims hall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for 0 on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or a y of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or bout the erection and construction of the said buildings on th lot above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himse f or themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under hem, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buil ings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waivlng the ight of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
