TO: THE HONOR.ABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
NOW COMES, Petitioners, Richard L. Brenner and SuAnn
Brenner (hereinafter referred to as "Petitioners" ) , by and
through their attorney, Andrew C. Sheely, Esquire and hereby
files the within Petition for the Appointment of Plenary
Guardians of the Person and Estate of an Alleged Incapacitated
Person, and in support hereof, avers as follows:
1. ALEXANDER W. BRENNER, the alleged incapacitated person,
currently resides at 21 West Simpson Street, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. He is 25 years old, his date
of birth is February 5, 1990 .
2 . ALEXANDER W. BRENNER is a single person.
3 . ALEXANDER W. BRENNER is not a patient in a mental
hospital.
4 . The Petitioners are Richard L. Brenner and SuAnn Brenner
of 21 West Simpson Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,

Pennsylvania, 17055, the parents of �EXANDER W. BRENNER.
ALEXANDER W. BRENNER has no ch��dren.

8 . ALEXANDER W. BRENNER is not/was not a member of the
Armed Services of the United States and is not receiving
benefits from the United States Veterans Administration.
9. The Petitioners ask that they, Richard L. Brenner and
SuAnn Brenner, be appointed as Guardians of the person of
ALEXANDER W. BRENNER. The proposed Guardians are the parents of
ALEXANDER W. BRENNER. In the alternative we propose Wesley R.
Brenner serve as secondary plenary guardian of Respondent.
10. The proposed Guarciians have no interests adverse to the
interest of ALEXANDER W. BRENNER.
11. Petitioners believe, and therefore aver, that no Court
has ever assumed jurisdiction in a proceeding to determine
whether ALEXANDER W. BRENNER is incapacitated.
12 . Petitioners believe, and therefore aver, that ALEXANDER
W. BRENNER has not previously had a guardian appointed, nor is a
g�ardianship hearing pending in any other jurisdiction.

13 . The reasons why t.��� quax::ta:�.�:�?-�ip are being sought are
as follows: ALEXANDER W. BREr1NER i� unable to make decisions
regarding health care/medical decisions, due to being severely
aiztistic.
14 . The functional limitation� and physical mental
condition of ALEXANDER W. BRENP�F_� areo :�LEXANDER W. BRENNER is
not able to mak� competent ��r.isa_arxs a.s �ar �s his health,
safety and welfare are cc�nc�z-rir�d.

l�ss restrictiv� alternativ�s to tt1e� ��a�aintment of a guardian:

their son.
18 . The gross value of the Estate of ALEXANDER W. BRENNER
is approximately one thousand six hundred dollars ($1, 600. 00) .
ALEXANDER W. BRENNER' s net monthly income from all sources
totals approximately six hundred fifteen dollars ($615 . 00) from
Social Security.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners respectfully requests that the
Court, under Section 5511 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciary
Code, issue a Citation to ALEXANDER W. BRENNER, ALEXANDER W.
BRENNER' S next of kin and to such other persons as the Court
directs, to show cause why ALEXANDER W. BRENNER should not be
adjudged to be an incapacitated pers�n and plenary guardians of
his person be appointed.
