Mawr Trust Company, Executor under the Last Will and Testament of Velma H. Light of the
tangible personal property of the Decedent identified on Exhibit"A"to this Receipt and Release in
satisfaction of the specific bequest of the tangible personal property contained in ITEM TWO of the
Codicil dated April 24,2008 to the Last Will and Testament of Velma H.Light dated April 29, 1996.
IN CONSIDERATION of the delivery to me of the said tangible personal property, I do
hereby release,remise,quit-claim and forever discharge The Bryn Mawr Trust Company,Executor
of and from all actions,suits,payments,accounts,reckonings,claims and demands whatsoever for
or by reason thereof.
It is my intention and I do hereby agree to be legally bound by this Receipt and Release.

UNDER AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 29, 1996
RECEIPT AND RELEASE
A. BACKGROUND
The background of this Agreement is as follows:
1. The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, One East Chocolate Avenue, Suite
200,Hershey,Pennsylvania is Trustee under the Velma H.Light Trust
under Agreement dated April 29, 1996 (the"Trust Agreement").
2. Paragraph 2 of the Trust Agreement provides that upon the death of Velma
H. Light"Five Thousand($5,000.00)Dollars shall be distributed to Mount
Pleasant Cemetery Association,Mount Joy,Pennsylvania,its successors and
assigns." . .

4'. The Bryn Mawr Trust Company,Trustee,is prepared to make distribution of
the specific bequest to Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association pursuant to the
provisions of the Trust Agreement.
B. TERMS
The undersigned,Ruth Speckler, for and on behalf of Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association:
1: Declares that she is authorized by the Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association
to execute this Receipt and Release.
2. Releases and discharges the Trustee,The Bryn Mawr Trust Company,from
any and all claims and liabilities of every sort arising in any way out of the
Trust or the administration of the Trust effective upon delivery to the Mount.
Pleasant Cemetery Association of the sum'of Five Thousand ($5,000.00)
Dollars and upon delivery to her acknowledges receipt of the same.
3. Agrees to refund on demand all or any part of the distribution to the Mount
Pleasant Cemetery Association if it should later be found that the..distribution,
was due to a mistake (either innocent or negligent) in that all or part of it
should have been made to others or that taxes or other charges should have

been paid first;and agrees that any period for the limitation of actions for the
collection of any erroneous distribution to the Mount Pleasant Cemetery
Association shall begin only when the Trustee has obtained actual knowledge
of any such distribution and in no event shall such period be less than two(2)
years after the Trustee discovered it.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound and being
authorized to do so,has executed this Agreement for and on behalf of the Mount Pleasant Cemetery

APPROVAL, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION
A. BACKGROUND: The background of this agreement is as follows=
1. The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, One East Chocolate Avenue, Suite 200,
Hershey,Pennsylvania 17033 is Trustee under the Velma H.Light Trust
under Agreement dated April 29, 1996 (hereinafter the "Trust
Agreement").
2. The Trust Agreement provides that during the lifetime of Velma H.Light,
the income from the Trust is to be paid to her or for her benefit and
further provides for discretionary distributions from principal for Velma's
benefit.
3. The Trust Agreement provides that upon the death of Velma H. Light,
the principal remaining at her death and any accrued or undistributed
income is to be distributed as follows:
1. Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars is to be distributed to Mt.
Pleasant Cemetery Association, Mount Joy, Pennsylvania.
2. The remaining principal and any accrued or undistributed income
is to be distributed as follows:
a. Ninety (90%) percent thereof to Brethren in Christ
Cooperative Ministries, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
b. Ten (10%) percent thereof to Karen Boyer.
4. Velma H. Light died February 28, 2013.
5. The Trustee has heretofore distributed the sum of Five Thousand
($5,000.00) Dollars to Mt. Pleasant Cemetery Association.

6. The Bryn Mawr Trust Company,Trustee is prepared to make distribution
to Karen Boyer pursuant to the provisions of the Trust Agreement upon
execution of this agreement by Karen Boyer and execution of a similar
agreement by all other Trust beneficiaries.
B. TERMS: The undersigned, Karen Boyer:
1. Declares that she knows she has the right to receive an accounting of the
administration of the Trust, and has been give the opportunity to ask
questions about the Trust in its administration.
Z. Declares that she has received an informal accounting in the form of a
First and Final Account of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, Trustee of
the administration of the Trust. Further, the undersigned declares that
she has (1) examined the accounting and found it to be true and correct
in all particulars and (2) hereby accepts and approves the accounting as
if it had been filed, audited, adjudicated and confirmed absolutely by the
court having jurisdiction over it.
3. Waives the preparation, filing and auditing of an accounting of the
administration of this Trust in the appropriate court.
4. Releases and discharges,The Bryn Mawr Trust Company,in its corporate
capacity and as Trustee of the Trust, its directors, officers, employees,
agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims and liabilities of
every sort arising in any way out of the trust or the administration of the
trust effective upon delivery of the amount shown as distributable to her
on the Schedule of Proposed Distribution and upon delivery to her
acknowledges receipt of the same. The provisions of this paragraph shall
be applicable regardless of whether the claims and liabilities are alleged
to have risen due to a mistake, either innocent or negligent.
5. Agrees to refund on demand all or any part of the distribution to her if it
should later be found that the distribution was due to a mistake (either
innocent or negligent) in that all or part of it should have been made to
others or that taxes or other charges should have been paid first; and
agrees that any period for the limitation of actions for the collection of
any erroneous distribution to her shall begin only when the Trustee has
obtained actual knowledge of any such distribution and in no event shall
such period be less than two (2) years after the Trustee discovered it.

6. Agrees to indemnify The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, in its corporate
capacity and as Trustee of the Trust, its directors, officers, employees,
agents, successors and assigns, against any and all liability, loss or

ever be incurred as a result of the distribution of the Trust estate without
first securing an accounting and order by the court. This agreement of
indemnity shall be applicable regardless of whether any claimed liability,
loss or expense is alleged to be due to a mistake, either innocent or
negligent.
7. Declares it to be her intent that this agreement shall be governed by
Pennsylvania law and shall be legally binding on her and on her
executors, administrators, heirs, successors and assigns.
8. Declares that she has read this agreement and that the facts set forth
above are correct to the best of her knowledge, information and belief.
