Resolution of St. John's Lutheran Church, Inc.
WHEREAS, St. John's Lutheran Church, Inc. ("Corporation"), by special meeting has
been duly assembled on the date and time below for'addressing matters relating to the dissolution
of the Corporation and to outline the steps required to formalize such action by the Corporation.
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved by the St. John's Lutheran Church, Inc.,that:
RESOLVED,the Board of Directors understand that Kenneth P. Kincher, deceased held
several federal savings bonds which were titled"pay on death"to the Corporation after being
given incorrect information from the bank where he received the bonds that this designation
would allow for their direct distribution to the church upon his death.
RESOLVED, the Corporation has been informed by the Treasury Department of the
United States of America that an estate must be opened for the late Mr. Kincher in order for the
bonds to be processed arid distributed to the Church. Furthermore,the known heirs of Mr.
Kincher having been contacted,have declined to act as Administrator for the estate of Mr.
Kincher who died intestate.
RESOLVED,the Corporation therefore in order to allow for the administration of the
estate of Kenneth P. Kincher,deceased,the Corporation has agreed to act as Administrator to
have the bonds processed so they may distribute to the Corporation as Mr. Kincher intended.
RESOLVED, the Corporation authorizes Thomas H. Campbell to sign all necessary
filings and complete any actions necessary to complete the corporate filings on behalf of the
Corporation as the authorized corporate officer/agent.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please be advised that Mr. Thomas H. Campbell, St. John's Lutheran
Church Council President, is authorized to act on the church's behalf regarding
matters with the estate of Mr. Kenneth P. Kincher and the savings bonds that
Kenneth P. Kincher left to the church that are payable upon his death. Thomas
Campbell was authorized by the St. John's Lutheran Church Council on May 21,
2014 at their monthly council meeting to contact Steckel & Stopp, Attorneys-
at-Law for assistance in cashing said bonds left to the church by Mr. Kenneth P.
Kincher.
