Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. A CITATION is issued upon Steve E. Kintz to

w reason, if any, why he should not be adjudicated an incapacitated person and why
a successor guardian should not be appointed. Written notice of the petition and
hearin in large type and in simple language shall be given to Steve E. Kintz no less

than twenty (20) days prior to the hearing in accordance with 20 P.S. 5511(a).
Furthermore, the alleged incapacitated person shall be in attendance at the
earin unless it can be established by his physician that his mental or physical
