AND NOW, this 13 day of FEBRUARY, 2015, upon consideration of the Petition For Waiver of
Three Days For Marriage License Application and it appearing that BRENDAN TYLER DODD and
ASHLEY IRENE BAKER will apply on February 13, 2015 for a marriage license and the Court being
satisfied that extraordinary circumstance demand it, the Clerk of Orphane Court is hereby authorized to
issue said license immediately upon proper application thereof provided all provisions concerning
marriages under Pa C. S. Title 23 are met.
