TO COMPEL FIRST AND PARTIAL ACCOUNTS
AND CONTINUING ANNUAL ACCOUNTINGS
Respondents Barbara McK. Mumma and Lisa M. Morgan,
Executrices of and Trustees under the Last will and Testament of
Robert M. Mumma, Deceased, herewith respond to the allegations
contained in the Petition of Robert M. Mumma, II to Compel First
and Partial Accounts and continuing Annual Accountings, as
follows:
1. The respondent Executrices received the Federal Estate
Tax Closing Letter from the Internal Revenue Service on June 11,
1990. A Statement of Account dated March 25, 1991, indicating
that no additional inheritance tax was due, was received from the
Pennsylvania Department of Revenue in the early spring of 1991.
Accordingly, the Executrices believe that it is appropriate and
timely for the filing of a First and Partial Accounting for the
Estate. Arrangements have been made with the Estate's account-
ants, Lucker, Kennedy & Felmeden, for the preparation of such an
Accounting, and the Executrices are advised that such an Account-
ing, covering the period through March 31, 1991, will be ready
for filing with the Court on or before August 15, 1991.

CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE
The undersigned counsel for the respondent Executrices
and Trustees herewith certifies that a true and correct copy of
the within Response of Barbara McK. Mumma and Lisa M. Morgan,
Executrices of and Trustees under the will of Robert M. Mumma,
Deceased, to Petition of Robert M. Mumma, II to Compel First and
Partial Accounts and Continuing Annual Accountings was served
upon the below-listed counsel on June 6, 1991 by regular mail,
postage prepaid, sent to their various offices.
