My Executrices are directed to distribute in kind any items of personal property desired by an heir at the appraised value, said item to be a portion of the share to which the heir is entitled. In the event of a dispute between heirs as to who shall take a particular item, or should no heir take any item, my Executrices shall sell the same at public or private sale and for such consideration they deem fair.
