PARAGRAPH 1. . i direct my personal representative to pay all of my debts and expenses of my last illness, funeral and administrative expenses as soon as conveniently may be done afier my decease. PA1tAGRAPH 2. Prior to thc distribution of my estate, I make the following specific gifts from my estate: a. I give, devise and bequeath a gifr in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars unto my niece Audrey Dillman, currently of Springfield, Virginia, provided that she survive me by thirty (30) days. b. I give, devise arid bequcath my painting "�nglish Cottage with Bridge" which hung in my dining room, painted by my sister Mary Jane "Mickey" Dillman, unto my grandson Terry Brubaker,Jr., currently of Moscow, Pennsylvania, provided he survive mc by thirty (30) days. c. I give, devise and bequeath the remainder of my paintings which hung in my home, painted by my sister Mary Jane "Mickey" Dillman unto my nephew Joseph Magaro, curzently of Knightdale, North Carolina,provided he survive me by thirty(30) days. PARAGRAPH 3. It is my intcntion that my Persona] Representative shall take all steps necessary to ensure that my home located at 1303 Kelto� Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland CounTy, Pennsylvania 17011 shall be sold, and the proceeds of thc sale of my home be placed i�to [he corpus of my estate. I have made a conscious decision to cxclude all other family - members, including my son Terry Brubakeq Sr., except those specifically set forth herein, as a beneficiary under this, my Last Will and Testament This decisio� was not made without � consideration as my son has conduc[ed 'nimseltin a manner which has not met my expectations. I therefore direct my personal representative, as well as each and every successor personal representative to take all steps necessary to prcvcnt any individual not specifically named as a beneficiary herein from receiving any interest in my estate. PARAGRAPH 6. I direct that all inheritance, estate, transfer, succession and other death taxes imposed or payable by reason of my death and in[erest and penalties theieon with respect to all property composing of my gross estate for death tax purposes, whcther or not such property passes under this will or otherwise, shall be paid out of thc principal of my estate by my personal representative. Any and all payment or payments of any sum or sums, whether in cash or in kind and whether from principal or income, payable to any beneficiary, shall be made upon the sole receipt of the respective beneficiazy to whom the payment is made and free from . anticipatioq alienation, assignment, attachmcnt, and pledge, and free from control by the creditors of any such beneficiary. No beneficiary may assign or a�ticipate his or her interest in any income or principal held or distributable hcreunder; and no beneficiary's creditors may attach or otherwise reach any such interest. In the eveot that a�y beneficiary or potentia] beneficiary of this, my Last Will and Testament contests the validity of any provision in this, my Last Will and Testament, or any transfers said beneficiary's interest in this, my Las[ Will and Testament to a third party, said beneficiary shall lose all of his or her right to any and all i�terests he or she may have from this, my Last Will and Testament and thereafrer the person who has "contested" this, my Last Will and Testament shall be deemed to have predeceased me.
