Shirk-Zeigler, of 1654 Lowell Lane, NeW.-) CdMbeflaffd, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind',_`do hereby ma*e and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, and I do hereby revoke and make null and void all prior Wills and Codicils made by me at any time heretofore. ITEM I I direct that all my legally valid debts, funeral and administration expenses, and inheritance taxes, after all specific bequests have been honored, shall be paid by my personal representative out of my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my death. I direct that my body shall be cremated and my ashes mixed with my Husband Paul's ashes . and scattered together. I further direct that there not be a formal funeral service. ITEM II I give, devise, and bequeath the following specific property in the following manner. (a) Any or all of my interest in ENCOP shall be bequeathed in accordance with my Husband Paul's wishes as set forth in his will. (b) The contents of my home that have been identified as belonging to me prior to my marriage to Husband Paul, which include furniture, art work, paintings by Jason, books and articles set forth on a separate sheet and made a part of this Will as to be bequeathed to Paul at my death with the understanding that they are to remain in the home until his death, at which time they are to be given to Beth, or to be given sooner to my daughter, Beth Ann Parkinson at such time as agreed between Beth and Paul. ITEM III All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my husband, Paul L. Zeigler, if he survives me for a period of thirty (30) days .In the event my Husband, Paul L. Zeigler is not living at the time of my death or fails to survive me for a period of thirty (30) days, then give all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate, exclusive of the provisions of Paragraph II above, in three (3) equal shares to my Daughter Beth Ann Parkinson, or if not living to my Grandson Cooper Parkinson; my Step- Son John P. Zeigler, or if not living to my Step-Son's issue then living; and my Step- Daughter Kristin Z. Dieck, or if not living to my Step-Daughter's issue then living. ITEM IV I appoint Paul L. Zeigler the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. If my Husband is unable to serve, then I appoint Beth Ann Parkinson as my "Successor Executrix" of this my Last Will and Testament. r_A�z� 2 ITEM V I direct that my Executrix and Successor Executrix shall not be required to give bond or post any other security for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction. ITEM VI My Executor and Successor Executrix shall have the following powers in addition to those invested in them by law and by other provisions of my Will applicable to all property, whether principal or income, exercisable without Court approval, and effective until distribution of all property; (a) To retain any or all of the assets of my estate, real or personal, on their sole discretion. (b) To sell at public or private sale, to exchange or lease, for any period of time, any real or personal property, and to give options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon such terms as they deem proper. (c) To make distribution in cash or in kind, or partly in cash and partly in kind and in such manner as they may determine, and at valuation finally to be fixed by them.
