Griffie &Associates, P.C., and petitions the Court as follows:
1. Your Petitioner is Bradley L. Griffie, Esquire, attorney of 'record for qhe Cid-"►
Administrators in the referenced Estate.
2. Respondents are the Co-Administrators, Tina F. Helm, of 50 Creek Road,
Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Wanda S. Fry, of 1314 Porter
Avenue, Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, and Jeffrey E. Fickes, of
49 Creek Road,Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. The Co-Administrators were appointed as Co-Administrators of the estate
through a Certificate of Grant of Letters of Administration from the Register of
Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on September 11, 2014.
4. Your Petitioner has maintained his position as legal counsel for the Co-
Administrators from the time of opening the estate, through the securing of the
Certificate of Grant of Letters, and to date.
5. The Co-Administrators have failed to provide timely responses to requests for
documentation and information, requests to take action, and otherwise attend to
the needs of the estate.
6. The Co-Administrators have exhibited a confrontational attitude with your
Petitioner, as counsel for the estate, and among themselves, which has inhibited
the ability to progress the estate to a reasonable resolution.
7. The Co-Administrators and your Petitioner have a difference of opinion on
various issues and factors that have been raised in this estate.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests your Honorable Court to enter a Rule upon
Respondents to show cause, if any they have, as to why Petitioner should not be
permitted to withdraw as counsel in this matter.
