Barnett, of 23 Elm Tree Circle, North Newton Township, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of lawful age, sound mind and memory, and under no restraint, do publish this, my Last Will and Testament, revoking all others previously made by me. First: All expenses, fees, costs, and taxes related to this estate shall be paid from the probate estate assets, and all gifts and bequests shall be paid from the net distributable estate. Second: All of my furniture and personal belongings that are not specifically bequeathed in my Will Memorandum (as referred to in paragraph Fourth herein) are to be given to the Thrift Shop at Green Ridge Village, for them to dispose of as they see fit. Third: I give, devise, and bequeath my entire estate, real, personal, or mixed, of every kind and nature, and wherever situated, which I may own, or hereafter acquire, !or have a right to dispose of at my death, to my brother, John K. Barnett. (a) My brother, John K. Barnett, is to divide my estate in equal shares among any of my siblings who survive me, and my nephew David S. Lewis, in equal shares, share and share alike,per stirpes. Fourth: To those individuals who survive me by thirty days who are designated on a list or memorandum signed by me which refers to this Will or is found with a copy thereof, I give the items of tangible personal property listed beside their names, provided that no such list or memorandum shall be valid unless it is received by my Executor within sixty days of my Executor's qualification. Fifth: In the event that my brother, John K. Barnett, does not survive me, then I give devise and bequeath my entire estate, real and personal, to my surviving siblings and my nephew, David S. Lewis, in equal shares, share and share alike,per stirpes. 1 Sixth: I nominate and appoint my brother, John K. Barnett; to be the Executor of my Last. Will, granting to him authority to sell and convey any or all of my estate, real and personal, or mixed, upon such terms and prices as he shall deem proper, without obtaining any prior order of the court therefor. I also grant him full power and authority in the settlement of my estate, to compromise, adjust, and settle any and all debts and liabilities due to or from my estate, for such sums, and upon such terms and conditions as he shall deem best. (a) In the event that he shall for any reason decline to serve, or fail to qualify for any reason, or having qualified and been appointed, fail to complete the administration of my estate, then I nominate my nephew, David S. Lewis, to be the Alternate or Successor Executor. (b) My Executor is hereby authorized to disclaim any interest in property in accordance with Chapter 62 of the Probate, .Estates and Fiduciaries Code or Section 6103 thereof and may do so without court authorization. (c) I authorize my executor to pay all the expenses of(1) a funeral or memorial service; (2) the internment of my remains, including the costs of a grave site, if necessary; and (3) the installation and inscription of a suitable marker at, and perpetual care of, the grave site.
