I, VIRGINIA L. ERDMAN, of 19ll Logazl Street, Camp Hill, Cumbe��land
Ccunty, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and
publi.h this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former
Wills by me at anytime heretofore made.
AND FIRST, I direct that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with
my estate and situation in life.
AND to such estate as it has pleased God to entrust to me, I dispc�se of the same as
follows. viz.-
FIRST: I give and bequeath to my daughter-in-law,NANCY DAVEY
(Douglas' wife), my diamond ring and diamond necklace, antique cut gl�ss berry dishes,
our q�zilt, one-half of my� quilts, and one-half of the antique dishes.
�ECOND: I give and bequeath to NANCY FLYNN �Bill'� tiancee), my other
diamond ring and band ring, one-half of the antique dishes, and one-half of my quilts.
THIRD: I give and bequeath to my granddaughter, AMANDA, my gold
diamond ring, which was given to me by my first�iusband,

FIFTH: In the event both my husband, Dan, and I die at the same time, I
give and bequeath to my son, DOUGLAS G. DAVEY, our Boston Terrier.
SIXTH: I give and bequeath to my son, DUUGLAS G. DAVEY, my
saxophone, clarinet and oboe.
SEVENTH: I give and bequeath to my husband, DANIEL RAYMOND
ERDMAN, JR., all my furniture, silverware, dishes and other household contents, not
previously bequeathed hereunder, and the diamond ring which he gave to me.
EIGHTH: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, be the same real,
personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath as follows:
A. One-third (1/3) share thereof to my husband, DANIEL RAYMOND
ERDMAN, JR., if he survives me; should Dan predecease me, such share shall pass under
paragraphs NINTH B and C hereinafter.
B. One-third (1/3) share thereof to my sc�n, DOUGLAS G. DAVEY, per
stirpes.
C. One-third (1/3) share ther��i to my son, WILLIAM W. DAVEY, per
stirpes.
NINTH: In addition to the rights and powers given to fiduciaries by law and
elsewhere in this Will, my Executors and their successors, may, at their discretion, exercise
the following powers:

A. Retain any real and personal property which may at any time form part of my
estate.
B. Invest and reinvest in any real or personal property without restriction to legal
investments.
C. Repair, alter, improve or lease, for any period of time, any real or personal
property and to give options for leases.
D. Sell at public or private sale, for cash or credit, with or without security, to
exchange or to partition any real or personal property and to give options for
sales or exchanges.
E. Compromise claims.
F. Distribute in cash, in kind or both, at such values as they may fix.
TENTH: I appoint my husband, DANIEL RAYMOND ERDMAN, JR.,
Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, to serve without bond in any jurisdiction. In
the event my husband, fails or ceases to serve as such Fxecutor, I appoint my son,
DOUGLAS G. DAVEY, Substitute Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament,to serve
would bond in any jurisdiction. In the event my son, DOUGLAS, fails or ceases to serve
