HomeMy WebLinkAbout02-12-15 F�ELEASE Estate No. 2014-00414 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,JOSEPH HECK,JR.,of 108 Rosenhaven Circle,Madison,Alabama 35756,do hereby acknowledge that upon the signing of this Release, I will receive from Karen Sholly,Executrix of the Estate of Agnes Mae Heck,late of the Township of East Pennsboro,County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,the sum of Twenty-Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Nine Dollars and Forty-Eight Cents ($26,159.48). In addition, upon approval of the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return by the Department of Revenue and payment of all taxes and debts, as Trustee I will receive one-fourth(1/4)of the remaining balance held in reserve in the estate account, in full settlement of any claim or claims that I may have by, under and because of the Will of the late Agnes Mae Heck. AND, THEREFORE, 1, JOSEPH HECK, JR., intending to be legally bound hereby,do,by these presents,release,quit-claim and discharge Karen Sholly,as Executrix of the Estate of Agnes Mae Heck, deceased, and, her heirs and assigns, of and from all actions, claims and demands whatsoever,related to the administration of this Estate. I,JOSEPH HECK,JR.,have been duly advised of my right to have Karen Sholly, Executrix, file with the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County an Accounting of the services she has rendered, and I do hereby specifically waive my right to have such an Accounting prepared and presented to the Court.
