ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 19t" day of February 2015, upon consideration of the ex parte
Petition for Involuntary Intervention based on the verified information therein the Petition
is GRANTED and the following is ORDERED:
1. Robert P. Kline, Esquire is appointed to represent the Respondent, Marcella
Gouse.
2. Cumberland County Aging and Community Services SHALL provide protective
services to Respondent.
3. Protective services SHALL include removal of Respondent from her home, with
the assistance of law enforcement, if necessary, and transportation to a west
shore hospital or other appropriate facility for medical evaluation and care, which
may include a social services evaluation.

4. Respondent SHALL remain at the hospital or other appropriate facility until
medically discharged to a safe, secure living environment.
5. A hearing on this treatment, placement and future medical needs SHALL be held
on 23 February 2015 at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom Six of the Cumberland County
Courthouse, Carlisle, PA.
