AND NOW, this�day of February, 2015, upon consideration of the
Petition of David A. Cooley, Executor of the Estate of Carol A. Cooley, it is hereby
ORDERED that M&T Bank, 1 West High Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, permit Susan J.
Hartman, Esquire, Attorney for the Estate of Carol A. Cooley to open and inventory Safe
Deposit Box 3775 upon proper notice to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and
M&T Bank as required under 72 P.S. section 9193. Susan J. Hartman is also given
authorization to remove the contents of the Safe Deposit Box, take possession of same,
and to close the Safe Deposit Box Account upon the return of the keys to the authorized
official of M&T Bank.
