I, ANTONIA M. SOTO, of Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this as and for my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I bequeath such of my tangible personal property
as is set forth in a separate dated and signed Memorandum, which
dated and signed Memorandum shall be placed with or attached to
this, my Last Will and Testament, to the individuals designated
therein. It is my intent that the last dated and signed Memoran-
dum shall control . If there is no Memorandum, it is my intent
that all of my tangible personal property shall be and become a
part of my residuary estate.
SECOND: I devise and bequeath my real property being
known and numbered as 704 Indiana Avenue, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania,
along with the contents thereof, to my husband, MARCELLO H. SOTO.
Should MARCELLO H. SOTO predecease me, I direct that this devise
be and become a part of my residuary estate to be distributed as
set forth hereinbelow.
THIRD: I give and bequeath the balance of my
investment in the Merrill Lynch Portfolio, primary Account No.
872-57951, as follows:
(A) The sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5, 000 . 00) to my
friend and former foster daughter, ANN FREED.
Should ANN FREED predecease me, then I direct that
this bequest be and become a part of my residuary
estate to be disposed of as set forth hereinbelow.
(B) The sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5, 000 . 00) to my +
friend, KODEE CAMP. Should KODEE CAMP predecease
me, then I direct that this bequest be and become
a part of my residuary estate to be disposed of as
set forth hereinbelow.
(C) The sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000 . 00) to ST.
THERESA CHURCH, of 1300 Bridge Street, New
Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070, to be used for
general purposes as the governing body of said
church deems appropriate.
(D) The sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000 . 00) to the
MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION OF THE SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY,
of 1054 New Holland Avenue, Lancaster,
Pennsylvania 17601, to be used for general pur-
poses as the governing body of said organization
deems appropriate.
(E) The sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000 . 00) to ST.
JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL, of 332 N.
Lauderdale, Memphis, Tennessee 38105, to be used
for general purposes as the governing body of said
hospital deems appropriate.
(F) The sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000 . 00) to the
RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE, of 745 West Governor Road,
Hershey, Pennsylvania 17033, to be used for gen-
eral purposes as the governing body of said orga-
nization deems appropriate.
(G) The balance of the funds in the Merrill Lynch
portfolio to be divided in equal shares between my
grandchildren, as follows : .
(1) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grand-
daughter, REBECCA J. SOTO.
(2) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grand-
daughter, NAOMI E. OLESON.
(3) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grand-
daughter, HEATHER M. HAMLIN, to be held in

Trust for the benefit of HEATHER M. HAMLIN,
during and throughout her lifetime. My here-
inafter named Trustee or Trustees shall hold,
manage, invest and reinvest the share so
received, and use and apply from time to time
a portion of income and principal for the
education (including college, trade school or
other similar training or education) , support
and welfare of HEATHER M. HAMLIN as my
Trustee or Trustees, in their sole discre-
tion, deem advisable. The Trustee or Trust-
ees, in exercising their discretionary au-
thority with respect to the payment of income
or principal of the within Trust shall take
into consideration any income or other re-
sources available to HEATHER M. HAMLIN from
sources outside this Trust.
(4) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grand-
daughter, ANNMARIE W. HAMLIN to be held in
Trust for the benefit of ANNMARIE W. HAMLIN,
during and throughout her lifetime. My here-
inafter named Trustee or Trustees shall hold,
manage, invest and reinvest the share so
received, and use and apply from time to time
a portion of income and principal for the
education (including college, trade school or
other similar training or education) , support
and welfare of ANNMARIE W. HAMLIN as my
Trustee or Trustees, in their sole discre-
tion, deem advisable. The Trustee or Trust-
ees, in exercising their discretionary au-
thority with respect to the payment of income

or principal of the within Trust shall take
into consideration any income or other re-
sources available to ANNMARIE W. HAMLIN from
sources outside this Trust .
(5) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grand-
son, MARC D. HAMLIN to be held in Trust for
the benefit of MARC D. HAMLIN, during and
throughout his lifetime. My hereinafter
named Trustee or Trustees shall hold, manage,
invest and reinvest the share so received,
and use and apply from time to time a portion
of income and principal for the education
(including college, trade school or other
similar training or education) , support and
welfare of MARC. D. HAMLIN as my Trustee or
Trustees, in their sole discretion, deem
advisable. The Trustee or Trustees, in exer-
cising their discretionary authority with
respect to the payment of income or principal
of the within Trust shall take into consider-
ation any income or other resources available
to MARC D. HAMLIN from sources outside this
Trust.
(6) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grand-
daughter, DIANA R. HAMLIN to be held in Trust
for the benefit of DIANA R. HAMLIN, during
and throughout her lifetime. My hereinafter
named Trustee or Trustees shall hold, manage,
invest and reinvest the share so received,
and use and apply from time to time a portion
of income and principal for the education
(including college, trade school or other

similar training or education) , support and
welfare of DIANA R. HAMLIN as my Trustee or
Trustees, in their sole discretion, deem
advisable. The Trustee or Trustees, in exer-
cising their discretionary authority with
respect to the payment of income or principal
of the within Trust shall take into consider-
ation any income or other resources available
to DIANA R. HAMLIN from sources outside this
Trust.
(7) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grand-
son, CHRISTOPHER M. MENSECK.
(8) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grand-
son, KENNEDY R. MENSECK.
(9) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grand-
son, SEAN A. SOTO.
(10) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grand-
son, RYAN J. SOTO.
(11) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grand-
daughter, JENNA A. SOTO.
(12) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grand-
son, JESSE R. SOTO.
(13) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my
granddaugther, GINA M. FINIO.
(14) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grand-
daughter, JULIA R. FINIO.
Should any of my grandchildren named in this Clause THIRD
(G) predecease me, I give and bequeath such grandchild' s share to
his or her issue per stipes by representation, and if there be a
failure of same, then in equal shares to my surviving grandchil-
dren or the Trust established hereunder for their benefit .

FOURTH: I give and bequeath any automobile owned by me
at the time of my death to the St. Theresa' s School, of 1210
Bridge Street, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070, to be used for
general purposes as the governing body of said school deems
appropriate.
FIFTH: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate,
including any property over which I hold power of appointment and
together with any insurance policies thereon, in equal shares, to
my grandchildren, as follows :
(A) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my granddaugh-
ter, REBECCA J. SOTO.
(B) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my granddaugh-
ter, NAOMI E. OLESON.
(C) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my granddaugh-
ter, HEATHER M. HAMLIN, to be held in Trust for
the benefit of HEATHER M. HAMLIN to be held in
Trust for the benefit of HEATHER M. HAMLIN, during
and throughout her lifetime. My hereinafter named
Trustee or Trustees shall hold, manage, invest and
reinvest the share so received, and use and apply
from time to time a portion of income and princi-
pal for the education (including college, trade
school or other similar training or education) ,
support and welfare of HEATHER M. HAMLIN as my
Trustee or Trustees, in their sole discretion,
deem advisable. The Trustee or Trustees, in exer-
cising their discretionary authority with respect
to the payment of income or principal of the
within Trust shall take into consideration any
income or other resources available to HEATHER M.
HAMLIN from sources outside this Trust.

(D) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof tomy granddaugh-
ter, ANNMARIE W. HAMLIN to be held in Trust for
the benefit of ANNMARIE W. HAMLIN to be held in
Trust for the benefit of ANNMARIE W. HAMLIN, dur-
ing and throughout her lifetime. My hereinafter
named Trustee or Trustees shall hold, manage,
invest and reinvest the share so received, and use
and apply from time to time a portion of income
and principal for the education (including col-
lege, trade school or other similar training or
education) , support and welfare of ANNMARIE W.
HAMLIN as my Trustee or Trustees, in their sole
discretion, deem advisable. The Trustee or Trust-
ees, in exercising their discretionary authority
with respect to the payment of income or principal
of the within Trust shall take into consideration
any income or other resources available to
ANNMARIE W. HAMLIN from sources outside this
Trust.
(E) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grandson,
MARC D. HAMLIN to be held in Trust for the benefit
of MARC D. HAMLIN, during and throughout his life-
time. My hereinafter named Trustee or Trustees
shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest the share
so received, and use and apply from time to time a
portion of income and principal for the education
(including college, trade school or other similar
training or education) , support and welfare of
MARC D. HAMLIN as my Trustee or Trustees, in their
sole discretion, deem advisable. The Trustee or
Trustees, in exercising their discretionary au-
thority with respect to the payment of income or

principal of the within Trust shall take into
consideration any income or other resources avail-
able to MARC D. HAMLIN from sources outside this
Trust.
(F) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my granddaugh-
ter, DIANA R. HAMLIN to be held in Trust for the
benefit of DIANA R. HAMLIN, during and throughout
her lifetime. My hereinafter named Trustee or
Trustees shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest
the share so received, and use and apply from time
to time a portion of income and principal for the
education (including college, trade school or
other similar training or education) , support and
welfare of DIANA R. HAMLIN as my Trustee or Trust-
ees, in their sole discretion, deem advisable.
The Trustee or Trustees, in exercising their dis-
cretionary authority with respect to the payment
of income or principal of the within Trust shall
take into consideration any income or other re-
sources available to DIANA R. HAMLIN from sources
outside this Trust.
(G) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grandson,
CHRISTOPHER M. MENSECK.
(H) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grandson,
KENNEDY R. MENSECK.
(I) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grandson,
SEAN A. SOTO.
(J) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grandson,
RYAN J. SOTO.
(K) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my granddaugh-
ter, JENNA A. SOTO.

(L) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my grandson,
JESSE R. SOTO.
(M) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my
granddaugther, GINA M. FINIO.
(N) One fourteenth (1/14th) thereof to my granddaugh-
ter, JULIA R. FINIO.
Should any of my grandchildren named in this Clause
FIFTH predecease me, I give and bequeath such grandchild' s share
to' his or her issue per stipes by representation, and if there be
a failure of same, then in equal shares to my surviving grand-
children or the Trust established hereunder for their benefit .
SIXTH: Should my grandchildren, RYAN J. SOTO, GINA M.
FINIO and JULIA R. FINIO, not have attained the age of eighteen
(18) years at the time for distribution to him or her, I give,
devise and bequeath the share of each such grandchild to my
hereinafter named Trustee or Trustees, IN SEPARATE TRUSTS, to
hold, manage, invest and reinvest the shares so received, and to
use and apply from time to time such portion of income and
principal for the said grandchild' s education (including college,
trade school or other similar training or education) , support and
welfare as my Trustee or Trustees, in their sole discretion, deem
advisable. My Trustee or Trustees may make the payments for the
support and maintenance of said grandchildren directly to said
grandchildren or to their Guardian or Guardians . Any payments
made by my Trustee or Trustees pursuant hereto shall be made
without further responsibility to the said grandchildren, their
Guardian or Guardians, or to any person taking care of my
grandchildren. The Trustee or Trustees, in exercising their dis-
cretionary authority with respect to the payment of income or
principal of the within Trust to my grandchildren, shall take
into consideration any income or other resources available to my
grandchildren from sources outside this Trust . In addition, my

hereinafter named Trustee or Trustees shall have the right, in
their sole discretion, to purchase and pay for out of the prin-
cipal, as well as income, such insurance policies as will provide
for the grandchild' s medical care.
Any income or principal not so applied shall be dis-
tributed to my grandchildren, RYAN J. SOTO, GINA M. FINIO and
JULIA R. FINIO, when they attain the age of eighteen (18) years.
In the event any of said grandchildren die prior to the termina-
tion of this Trust established herein for their benefit, the
interest of said grandchild in said Trust shall cease with any
income and principal being divided evenly between or among that
deceased grandchild' s brothers or sisters or the separate Trusts
established hereunder for their benefit and, in the absence of
any brothers or sisters, or any Trust established hereunder for
their benefit, to my other grandchildren, or the Trusts
established hereunder for their benefit, in equal shares .
SEVENTH: In addition to all powers granted to them by
law and by other provisions of this Will, I give the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers, applicable to all proper-
ty, exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
dis=tribution of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease,
for any period of time, any real or personal property and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon
such terms (including credit, with or without security) or
conditions as are deemed proper. This includes the power to give
legally sufficient instruments for transfer of the property and
to receive the proceeds of any disposition of it .
(B) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estate
and to enter into agreements concerning the partition, subdivi-
sion, improvement, zoning or management of real estate and to
impose or extinguish restrictions on real estate.

(C) To compromise any claim or controversy and to
abandon any property which is of little or no value.
(D) To invest in all forms of property, including
stocks, common trust funds and mortgage investment funds, without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduci-
aries, as are deemed proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification, risk or productivity.
(E) To exercise any option, right or privilege granted
in insurance policies or in other investments .
(F) To exercise any election or privilege given by the
Federal and other tax laws, including, but not necessarily being
limited to, personal income, gift and estate or inheritance tax
laws .
(G) To make distributions to my herein named benefici-
aries in cash or in kind or partly in each.
(H) To borrow money from themselves 'or others in order .
to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expenses,
to protect or improve any property held under my will, and for
investment purposes .
(I) To select a mode of payment under any qualified
retirement plan (pension plan, profit sharing plan, employee
stock ownership plan, or any other type of qualified plan) to the
extent the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exercise
any other rights which they may have under the plan, in whatever
manner they consider advisable.
EIGHTH: I nominate and appoint my daughter, ANGELA M.
SOTO-HAMLIN, and my son-in-law, DAVID R. ' HAMLIN, or the survivor
as between them, as Co-Trustees of the hereinabove described
Trusts for my grandchildren, HEATHER M. HAMLIN, ANNMARIE W.
HAMLIN, MARC D. HAMLIN and DIANA R. HAMLIN. I direct that my Co-
Trustees shall serve without bond and shall receive fair and
reasonable compensation.

NINTH: If a Trust is required to be established for
RYAN J. SOTO, GINA M. FINIO and JULIA R. FINIO, I nominate and
appoint the parents of said grandchildren, either jointly or the
survivor thereof, as Co-Trustees of the hereinabove described
Trusts. I direct that my Trustee or Trustees shall serve without
bond and shall receive fair and reasonable compensation.
TENTH: I direct that all inheritance, estate,
transfer, succession and death taxes, of any kind whatsoever,
which may be payable by reason of my death, whether or not with
respect to property passing under this Will, shall be paid out of
the principal of my residuary estate.
ELEVENTH: All interests hereunder, whether principal
or income, which are undistributed and in the possession of the
fiduciaries acting hereunder, even though vested or distribut-
able, shall not be subject to attachment, execution or sequestra-
tion for any debt, contract, obligation or liability of any
beneficiary, and furthermore, shall not be subject to pledge,
assignment, conveyance or anticipation.
TWELFTH: I nominate and appoint my daughter, ANGELA M.
SOTO-HAMLIN, Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament. In
the event of the death, resignation or inability to serve for any
reason whatsoever of the said ANGELA M. SOTO-HAMLIN, I nominate
and appoint my son, ANDREW K. SOTO, Executor of this, my Last
Will and Testament. I direct that my Executrix or Executor,
Trustee or Trustees, as the case may be, and their successors,
shall not be required to post security or a bond for the
performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.

In accordance with the provisions of Clause FIRST of my

that the following described personal property be given outright
to those individuals so designated:
1 . My blue topaz pendant necklace, ring and earrings to my
granddaughter, REBECCA J. SOTO.
2 . My thirty-six (36" ) inch gold chain and earrings to my
granddaughter, NAOMI E. OLESEN.
3 . My amethyst, emerald and sapphire pendant necklace, ring and
earrings to my granddaughter, JENNA A. SOTO.
4 . My amethyst pendant necklace, small ring and small earrings
to my granddaughter, HEATHER M. HAMLIN.
5 . My thirty (3011 ) inch gold necklace, earrings and gold cross
to my granddaughter, ANNMARIE W. HAMLIN.
6 . My cultured pearls, earrings and ring and my gold and pearl
necklace with matching earrings and ring to my granddaugh-
ter, DIANA R. HAMLIN.
7 . My Zuni hummingbird necklace and earrings and my teardrop
pearl necklace and earrings to my granddaughter, GINA M.
FINIO.

8 . My large amethyst ring and earrings and my pearl heart
pendant and matching earrings to my granddaughter, JULIA R.

September 25, 2007.
Since the time I wrote my Last Will and Testament, the
circumstances of my beneficiaries have changed, and on that basis I am
changing the distributions I am making to them, as described below.
My Last Will and Testament dated .September 25, 2007, will be
modified as follows:
First: The Third part of my Will, pertaining to the distribution
of the balance of my investment in the Merrill Lynch Portfolio,
primary Account No. 872-57951, shall be changed to delete paragraph
(A)
Second: The Third part of my Will, pertaining to the
distribution of the balance of my investment in the Merrill Lynch
Portfolio, primary Account No. 872-57951, shall be changed to delete
paragraph (B) .
Third: The Fourth part of my Will, pertaining to the
distribution of any automobile owned by me at the time of my death,
shall be changed to delete the existing gift and bequest to St.
Theresa's School, and to give and bequeath any such automobile to
DIANA R. HAMLIN, to be used for whatever purpose she deems
appropriate.
In all other respects I reaffirm and republish my Last Will and
Testament dated September 25, 2007.
