ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 23rd day of February, 2015 , upon
consideration of the Petition for Involuntary Intervention,
without specific admission as to the allegations in the petition,
Marcella Gouse voluntarily agrees to accept the assistance of the
Cumberland County Aging and Community Services, to include a
maximum one week motel stay while other safe and suitable living
arrangements are being made, as her home has been condemned by
Lower Allen Township.
Further, Ms . Gouse shall provide and cooperate
with the Cumberland County Aging and Community Services as to her
assets, income, and resources, which she has partially done
through counsel today, and the Cumberland County Aging and
Community Services shall provide assistance in locating and
securing a safe and suitable living arrangement for Ms . Gouse .
