Petitioner's address is 252 N. Locust Point Road, Mechanicsburg, PA. 4. Decedent had no children. 5. Decedent's Last Will and Testament (attached to this petition) bequeaths her entire estate to the petitioner, provided he survive her by thirty days. 6. Petitioner is entitled to the Family Exemption. 7. The property owned by Decedent and the value thereof is as follows: Cash on deposit at Wells Fargo Bank in checking account #8501837838, with a value on the date of death of Eight thousand two hundred seventy-nine and 46/IOOths ($8,279.46) Dollars. 8. On February 4, 2015 a retirement annuity payment in the amount of$44.78 was deposited into Decedent's account, resulting in a current balance of$8,322.24 9 All outstanding debts of the decedent, funeral and burial costs have been paid by the petitioner, and there are no known claims against the decedent's estate. 10.
