2. US Savings Bond#L247701779EE be distributcd to David R. E.bersole: and
3. 111 shares of Windstceam Common stock be dis[ributed ro Robert G. Ebersole; and
4. I 12 shares of Windstream Common s[ock be distributed [o David R. Ebersole;and
5. 75 shazes of Cenmry Link Common stock be distributed to Robert G.Bbersole; and
6. 75 shares of Ccnwry Link Common etock be distribnted to David R. Cbersole; and
7. All financiaL i�stitutions close ihe acwunts held by Mary Jane Ebersole a�d issue
paymem lo the Es[a[e of Mary Jane Ebersole to be deposited ioto[he Persun&Heim Escrow accoun[on
behalf of the estate; and
A. The ecedi[ors identified in[he Petition Cor Set(lcment of Small F.state shall be peid in full
from the funds held on behalf of the Pstatc; and
9. The Pennsylvania inheritance tax shall be paid i�full &om Ihe funds held on behalf of the
es[ate; and
10. A71 administrative expenses shaLl be paid from the funds being hcld on behalf of the
eslate; and
1 L All remai�i�g funds hdd on behalt of the estate shall be distributed to Roberi Q Ebersole
and Dzvid R. Gbersole, in equal shares.
The Court further directs that Robert G. Ebersole shall have the expmss authoriry[o execute any
