PEIFFER, Deceased, late of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, does hereby acknowledge that the undersigned has this day had and received of and from DAVID H.PEIFFER,Executor under the Last Will and Testament of the said ROSEMARIE C. PEIFFER, Deceased, the total sum of$207,314.23, in full satisfaction and payment of all such sum or sums of money, legacies and bequests as are given and bequeathed to the undersigned, by the Last Will and Testament aforesaid, and all interest accrued thereon, except for her one third portion of approximately $11,000.00 being held by the Estate to cover any additional taxes, accounting fees and miscellaneous expenses which may accrue between now and the closing of the Estate. The undersigned has reviewed the informal accounting of DAVID H. PEIFFER, Executor, approves the same, and acknowledges receipt of the aforesaid sum of $207,314.23, in full satisfaction and payment as aforesaid. The undersigned also waives the requirement of a formal Court Accounting. I consent to the recording and indexing of this Agreement in the Estate proceedings. AND the undersigned, as well for and in consideration of the above sum, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,has remised,released,quitclaimed and forever discharged,and by these presents does hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever discharge the said DAVID H.
