1, SARAH F. KELL, of South Middleton Township (mailin� address: 50 Porge
Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound
and disposing mind, memory and understandin�, do hereby make, publish and deflare this
as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and xll Wills
by me at any timo heretofore made.
1. 1 direct my hereinafter named Executor to paV all of my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my death as may be found convenient to do so.
2. All the rest, residue and remainder of my F.state, real, personal and mixed,
and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my husband,
Charles 5. Kell, his heirs and assigns, to the exclusion of mV children, born and unborn,
provided my said husband, Cherles S. Kell, shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days.
3. Should my said husband, Charles S. Kell, pre-decease me or fail to survive
me by the aforesaid period of ninety (90) days, then in such event, all the rest, residue
and remainder of my Esffite, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may
be situate, I give, devise and bequeath as follows:
A. Ten (10%) per cen[ to each grandchild of mine, his heirs and assigns,
who shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days. At the present time I am the
grandmother of two (2) �randchildren who are the two sons of my daughter, Wanda C.
Kutz, they being Brian F,. Kutz, and Brent D. Kutz.
B. The remninder thereof to mV daughter, Wanda C. Kutz, her heirs and
assigns, provided she shall survive me by a period of nine[y (90) days, but should she fail
to so survive me then to such of her issue as shall survive me by a period of ninety (90)
� days, per stirpes.
C. In the event neither mV said husband nor any child of mine or the issue
� of any child oP mine shell survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, then in such event
the same shall be paid in equal shares to the following three (3) persons: my son-in-law,
�;� Donald E. Kutz; my brother, Harry K. Fry; nnd my brotherin-law, Robert L. Kell, provided

each one shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days, but should any of them fail to
� so survive me then to such of his issue as may survive me by a period of ninety (90) dflys,
�� per stirpes, and if there be no such isue then the same shall lapse and be added to the

4. Should any person less than 21 years of age be entitled to distribution from

my Estate, in such event I nominate, constitute and appoint Farmers Trust Company and
its successors, One Wes[ Iligh Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as Guardian of the estate
of each such person, antl authorize and direct it Lo receive end to invest ihe same, and
to paV the income arising therefrom together with so much of the principal thereof as
in its opinion is necessary or desirable to be expended for the proper maintenance, support
and education of such person, to or for the benefit of such person at least annually, and
upon such person at[aining 2l years of age [o pxy to him or her the then remaining principal
together with any undistributed income.
5. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said husband, Charles S. Kell,
as Cxecutor of this my Last Will and Testament, but should he pre-decease me or feil
to qualify, then in such event I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, Wanda

C. Kutz, as Gxecutrix, but should she fail to qualiYy then I nominate, constitute and appoint
my two (2) grandsons or either of them as Executors, they being 6rian L. Kutz and Brent
D. Kutz, but should both of them fail to qualify then I nominate, constitute and appoint
Farmers Trust Company and its successors, One West tligh Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
as Executor, and i further direct that none of them shall be required to post any bond
to secure the faithful performance of his, her or its duties in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania or in any otherjurisdiction.
IN 4VITNESS WHEREOF, I heve hereunto set my hand and seal to this my Last
Will nnd Testament, written on two (2) pages, this 27th day of October , 1983.
