VI I direct my Executor to have Fifty (50) Masses offered for the repose of my soul, as well as an enrollment for the Gregorian Masses to be said as soon as possible after my death. VII My priest uncle' s chalice, Reverend Louis Creeden, and inherited chalice of Monsignor Schmidt, to be given to the Society of the Propagation of Faith for a needy seminarian or priest, preferably in our diocese. Any other chalices acquired to be dispersed according to the direction of Father Sharman. VIII I authorize and empower my Executor to convert assets of my estate, including real estate, into cash at private sale to the best advantage of my estate, and to retain assets of my estate for distribution in kind at the discretion of the Executor.
