Dear Lisa:
The above Estate was previously being handled by Karl Rominger and, as you know, nothing
was done. My preliminary evaluation is that Attorney Rominger may have also misappropriated funds
on this Estate and we are investigating that..
I have agreed to undertake the handling of the Estate to conclude the matter and I am doing so
on a pro bono basis in light of what has happened to date in the Estate with Attorney Rominger's
mishandling.
Enclosed is a Status Report that I have signed,but I have not received all of the documentation
on this matter. I am merely signing this at this point to clear your records. With this letter and the
enclosed Status Report, I understand that nobody needs to appear at any court hearing. Apparently,the
Executor received a letter from your office scheduling a hearing for him to appear before a judge.
I assume this is resolved,and please let me or Melissa Scholly,of my office,know if you need anything
further at this time.
