I, Joscph H. Spencec, of Camp Hill Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, beiug o�'
sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my Last Wil] and Testament, he�eby
revoking and making void any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST: I order and direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my
hereinafrer named Co-Executrices as soon after my death as may be faund wnvenient.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remaindec of my estate, real, perso�al and mixed, of
whatever nature and whecesoever situate,which I may uwri or have the�ight to dispuse of xt the time
uf my death I give, devisc and bequeath to those of my childre� who survive me, in equal shares.
By way of explanation, the share of any child who has predeceased me shall not be given to his or
her issue, bu[rather shall lapse.
THIRD: I hereby nominate,constitute a�d appoin[my daughter,Susan E.Rhykerd,and my
daughter,Joriiece C. Evans,as Co-Executrices of this, my Last Will and Testament, and I do direct
thatnobondshallberequiredofsuchCo-Gxecutriceshereunder. MysaidCo-Bxecutricesshallhave
full power at their discretion to do any and all things necessary for the complete administration of
my estate, including the power to sell a[public or priva[e sale aod wi[hout order of Court, any real
or pe�sonal property belonging to my estate, and to compound, compromise or otherwise to settle
or adjust any and all claims, eharges, debts and demands, whatsoever, against oc in favor of my
estate,as fully as I could do if livi�g. In the event that either Susan or Joniece is unable or unwilling
