IN RE: AMENDED PETITION FOR CITATION
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 3�d day of March 2015, upon consideration of the Amended
Petition for Citation, a RULE is issued upon Karl Rominger and the Executrix of the
Estate, Lynn Walter, on the Petition.
Karl Rominger is DIRECTED to file a complete answer to the averments in the
petition filed the Attorney General's Office. In particular, Karl Rominger shall show
cause as to why he should not account the Estate and why the alleged gifts made to
him on or about May 14, 2011 should not be voided.
Lynn Walter is DIRECTED answer the averments found in the petition.
Furthermore, Lynn Walter is DIRECTED to inform the Court about the status of the
accounting of the estate as well as the status, if any, regarding the allegedly
misappropriated funds.

RULE RETURNABLE thirty (30) days from the service of this Order of Court.
