FINAL DECREE
AND NOW, this P day of March, 2015, upon consideration of the Small Estate
Petition, and, further, this Court having granted a rule to show cause why the relief in the
petition should not be granted, said rule being issued upon the United States Veterans'
Administration and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Public Welfare,
and the Orphans' Court having issued citations to the United States Veterans'
Administration and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Public Welfare,
with said Rule returnable at a hearing to be held on March 2, 2015, in this Court, and no
person having appeared at the hearing, and neither the Pennsylvania Department of
Public Welfare nor the United States Veterans' Administration having responded in
writing to this Court's Rule, the small estate petition is hereby granted.
IT IS ordered that the net distributable estate of the Decedent, Donald L. Hebel, in
the amount of$4,864.78, be paid and distributed to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
Department of Public Welfare (Estates Recovery Program claim: CIS#: 900245297), in
full satisfaction of its Class 3 claim (to the extent of the sum of$4,864.78) and Class 5.1
claim, and, further, that the Petitioners be and are hereby discharged from all liability in
connection with administration of the Estate of Donald L. Hebel, deceased.
