consideration of the PETITION TO AUTHORIZE THE DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY
BELONGING TO MARY C. PELAIA, it is hereby ordered and decreed as foliows:
A. In accordance with the provisions of 20 Pa. GS. § 5536 (b); and with consideration to 55
Pa. C.S. § 178.104(e){1)(iv), Donald P. Pelaia, as Guardian of the Estate of Mary C.
Pelaia, shall convey by recordable deed the title to the property located at 116 Littleton
Drive in Hanover, Pennsylvania from Mary C. Pelaia, who is the widow of Fred A.
Pelaia, to Donald P. Pelaia. Said property is identified as Ta7c Parcel #44-000-14-008500-
04000 as presently recorded in Deed Book 81-0 Page 809 of the Recorder of Deeds of
York Caunty,Pennsylvania.
B. This Order shall be dacketed and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court
and Certified copies may be made thereof from time to time as may be needed.
