Harry King, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law,
says that on December 30, 1991 at 2:45 o'clock P.M., E.S.T., he served a
true copy of the within Citation-Rule to Show Cause Decree-Petition for the
Appointment of a Temporary Fiduciary Pursuant to Chapter 43 of the Probate,
Estates and Fiduciaries Code (20 Pa.C.S.A. S 4301 et seg) Affidavit Petition
to Bypass Appointment of Auditor, in the above entitled action, upon one
of the within named defendants, to wit: Barbara McK Mumma, by making known
unto Barbara McK Mumma, at 845 Kiehl Drive, Lemoyne, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, its contents and at the same time handing to her personally the
said true and attested copy of the same.
Timothy Reitz, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law,
says that on January 6, 1992, at 12:12 o'clock P.M., E.S.T., he served a true
copy of the within Citation-Rule to Show Cause Decree-Petition for the
Appointment of a Temporary Fudiciary and Affidavit Petition to Bypass
Appointment of Auditor, in the above entitled action. upon one of the within
named defendants, to wit: Lisa M. Morgan, by making known unto Jean Brandt,
House keeper and adult in charge at time of service, at 804 Michigan Ave.,
Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, its contents and at the same time
handing to her personally the said true and attested copy of the same.
