do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will
and Testament hereby revoking and making void any and all other

I direct that my Executor hereinafter named shall paY, all

share unto my two granddaughters, TERESA I. CLUCK and JENNIFER J.
CLUCK, in equal shares, in trust, nevertheless, to be distributed
unto the Trustee named in the Last Will and Testament of my said
daughter. The Trustee shall add this to and administer it as part
of the trust established for Teresa I. Cluck and Jennifer J. Cluck
in the Last Will and Testament of my said daughter, dated May /~
1988.

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my two children,
DEBRA A. DONMOYER and GARY D. DONMOYER, as Co-Executors of this,
my Last Will and Testament. If either the said Debra A. Donmoyer
or Gary D. Donmoyer should predecease me, fail to qualify or cease
to act as such, then the other shall serve alone.
IV.
I direct that my Co-Executors retain the services of my
