MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE
OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR APPROVAL TO EXPEND
ONGOING PRINCIPAL BY PLENARY GUARDIAN OF ESTATE
NOW COMES the Petitioner, The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, by its attorney, Scott
Alan Mitchell, Esquire, of Rhoads & Sinon LLP, and files the following Motion for Continuance
of Hearing, stating as follows:
1. On February 18, 2015, Petitioner filed a Petition For Approval To Expend Ongoing
Principal By Plenary Guardian Of Estate For Monthly Expenses And Charitable Giving with
respect to the estate of Kathleen M. Knisely.
2. By Preliminary Decree dated February 20, 2015, the Court scheduled the hearing on
the said Petition for April 6, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom No. 3. -
3. Counsel for Petitioner is unavailable to be present at the hearing due to being out of
the office from and including April 3, 2015 through April 10, 2015.
4. As a result, counsel for Petitioner respectfully requests a continuance of the hearing in
the above-captioned matter.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner, The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, respectfully requests that
this Court grant this Motion for Continuance, rescheduling the hearing on Petitioner's Petition
For Approval To Expend Ongoing Principal By Plenary Guardian Of Estate For Monthly
Expenses And Charitable Giving.
