We attach copies of the Department of Aging consen[ ro in camera review served December 18,
2014, and Judge Placey's Order of December 23, 2014.
The judge's Orde� is a bit difficult ro unders[and in view of the fact that it seems to be
acknowledged by all concemed[hat there is no dispute that tlte records in question, which are already
in the hands of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court, may be reviewed by the parties in camera.
Nevertheless, from the terms of the O�der, we will not be able to move fo�wazd until the Office
of Aging, as the Responden[, responds with a proposed order.
It would be suggested that the respouse simply be that everyone concemed is in agreement with
the in camera review and that the proposed order would request the scheduling of a date therefor.
By copy of this email to Louis Michelsen, we will be asking him to serve the o�der immediately
if he has not already done so.
The parties have agreed to service of documents by email and at[achments, and we would invite
your office to agree wi[h that approach as well. Please let us la�ow if that would be acceptable ro you.
Should you have any other thoughts in this connection, please le[ us know.

Ms. Foster, Mr. Shade and Mr. Michelson:
I have reviewed [his matrerwith my dient, Cumberland County Aging&Community Services("A&CS"). A&CS has
determined that it will no longer oppose the desired in camera review of its remrds regarding Mrs.Charlotte
Stone. A&CS has not returned the Rule issued by the Court of Common Pleas to show cause why the requested in
camera relief should not be granted.
We believe that A&CS's decision no[[o file a retum to the Rule signals[o the Court that we no longer oppose the in
camera request. As we read the Court's December 23, 20140rder,A&CS's requirement to include a proposed Order
applies only if A&CS made a �ling as to why[he in camera review should not be granted.
Should your dien[s wish to proceed with the in camera review,A&CS is prepared to review a proposed Order seeking
the Court to schedule the in camera review. Presuming that A&CS is agreeable to the proposed Order,we would
consent to language in the filing noting our consent to requesting that the Court schedule the in camera review.
Please advise if you have any questions regarding this matter.
