Clerk of Orphans ' Court
Please index and make proper entry into your official
records and docket concerning the Estate of Donald A. Gray the
claim of James D. Bogar, Esquire, in the amount of $2 , 050 . 00 .
The claim is for legal services rendered to date to the Estate of
Donald A. Gray and to Terri L. Kaptain and Steven D. Gray, Co-
Executors of the Estate of Donald A. Gray. The need for
rendering legal services may continue and, therefore, this claim
may be amended and modified. This Claim is for fees for legal
services rendered by Claimant on behalf of the Estate of Donald
A. Gray and Terri L. Kaptain and Steven D. Gray, Co-Executors of
the Estate of Donald A. Gray and, as such this Claim is a
priority claim under 20 Pa. C. S .A. § 3392 (1) , payable before all
other unsecured debts and obligations of the Estate . This Notice
of Claim is also filed pursuant to 20 Pa. C. S .A. § 3384 and §
3532 . The business address of the Claimant is One West Main
Street, Shiremanstown, Pennsylvania 17011 .
