AND NOW, this 12th day of March, 2015, after hearing testimony on the Petition
for Probate of Copy of Last Will and Grant of Letters, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the
photocopy of the document, dated March 13, 2012, is admitted to probate as the Last
Will and Testament of Donald C. Hartman and that Letters Testamentary shall be
granted to Jimmie C. George upon proper filing of a Petition for Grant of Letters.
Jimmie C. George shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the
laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according
to law.
