FAMILY ESTATE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, is made the o'Zie day of February 2015, by and between
Bonnie S. Fritz, Administrator of the Estate of Jeffrey A. Fritz, deceased (herein referred to as
Administrator), and Bonnie S. Fritz, as the sole intestate of the said Estate, h6xeinafter r rred, ,
to as the"Heir." r �,
In accordance with their desire that the administration of the Estate;of Jeffrey A.{r
Fritz be expedited,the parties hereto, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein expressed
and intending to be legally bound hereby, agreed that:
l,. Jeffrey A. Fritz, an adult individual, died February 26, 2011, and the Estate of
Jeffrey A. Fritz are now in the process of administration, Letters Testamentary
having been duly granted to the Administrator,by the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. The decedent, Jeffrey A. Fritz, was a single person who died without issue.
3. The decedent, Jeffrey A. Fritz's, father, Ronald E. Fritz, died on May 8, 2003
and he is survived by his mother, Bonnie S. Fritz,the Administrator, and a sister,
Debora Lynn Fritz a/k/a Debora Lynn Cunningham.
4. Under the provision of the intestacy provisions of the Probate, Wills, and
Fiduciary Code, Bonnie S. Fritz is the sole heir of of the residue of decedent's
Estate,both real and personal, who is also the Administrator of the Estate.
5. The Administrator intends, upon the execution of this Estate Settlement
Agreement, to distribute to Bonnie S. Fritz:
Principal:
Cash $8,307.43
401(k)Plan $5,201.06
Total: $13,517.49
6. In lieu of a formal Accounting, the Administrator/sole heir has prepared for
herself a Final Accounting. Bonnie S. Fritz, as the Sole heir, waives the filing of
an Accounting and audit and accepts the Administrator's Accounting.
7. Without intending to limit the rights or remedies of the Administrator, Bonnie S.
Fritz agrees to indemnify the Administrator and save the Administrator harmless
against all liability, loss, and expense (including, but not limited to, costs and
counsel fees)which the Administrator may incur, whether due to the
Administrator's negligence or otherwise, as a result of making the above
described distributions without a Court audit.
8. Bonnie S. Fritz does hereby forever fully release, compromise, settle and
discharge any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action, legal or
equitable, absolute or contingent,vested or hereafter to accrue, which she has

against herself or against the Estate of Jeffrey A. Fritz, deceased, or the
Administrator thereof,by reason of any matter, cause or thing growing out of, or
relating to any property or assets of the said Estate, or growing out of or relating to
any act of the Administrator in her administration of said Estate, even if
attributable to negligence, and agree that any period for the limitation of actions
for the collection of any erroneous distribution or distributions shall commence
only at such time as the Administrator shall have obtained actual knowledge of
such erroneous distribution or distributions and that in no event shall the period
for collection or any erroneous distribution or distributions be less than two (2)
years after the actual discovery thereof by the Administrator.
9. The foregoing provisions which apply to the Administrator shall apply also to any
Administrator who may be appointed in connection with any ancillary
administration which may be required in order to complete distributions in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
10. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts and, when so executed,
shall be binding upon all the parties, and their respective heirs, next-of-kin,
personal representatives, and assigns.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals the day
