LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

THERESE M. SCHMITT
I,Therese M. Schmitt, single woman of East Pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound antl disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils previously
`�J made by me at any time heretofore.

� FIRST: I hereby direct that my personal representative, hereinafter
� named, to pay all of my just debts, not barred by any statute ot limitations, as well as
� my funeral and testamentary expenses, including Pennsylvania lnheritance Taxes, as
a soon after my demise as may be practicable.
�� SECOND: I hereby bequeath $500.00 to the Good Shepherd R. C.
Church to conduct Masses for me; and $1,000.00 each to my niece, Claudia Kolar, of
,x� Cresson Pennsylvania and my niece, Delores Bryant, of Pompano Beach, Florida,
should they survive me.
THIRD: I hereby bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, as follows:
A. One third to the Sisters of Christian Charity, Holy Family Convent,
Danvilte, Pennsylvania, in memory Sister Richard Schmitt;
B. One third to my my brother, Richartl Schmitt, a/k/a Brother Martin De
Porres, O.F.M. CAP. Should my brother predecease me his one third share shall pass
to the Order of Friars Minor, Capuchian, St. Mary's Province.
C. One third to my niece and her husband, or the survivor as between
them, Catherine Fehlberg and John Fehlberg, of Brooksville, Florida. In the event both
of them predecease me, I direct their one third share shall be divided equally between
the sisters of Christian Charity and my brother, or his Order, if he has predeceased me
too.
' � FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my friend, Janet

�,$ Koch, as the personal representative of my estate. In the even Janet Koch predecease

� me, fails to quality, or refuses to serve, I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my
� attorney, Donald B. Owen. in the event Donald B. Owen predecease me, fails to
� qualify, or refuses to serve, I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my niece,

v Catherine Fehlberg. In the event Catherine Fehlberg predeceases me, fails to qual'rfy,
\' or refuses to serve, I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my niece, Claudia Kolar.
k� FIFTH: The above named persons shall not be required to post bontl or
surety in this, or any other jurisdiction, for faithful compliance of the duties as personal
representative ot my estate.
