OBJECTIONS.
Respondent, Robert M. Mumma, II asks that all accountings for any trust
created under the Will of Robert M. Mumma, be denied.
Distributions from the Estate to the trusts are to be accounted for under
sections 3501.01, 3513, 3514, of the Pennsylvania Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
As of this date the co -executrices of the estate have not filed a Statement of
Proposed Distribution ( 3513) of Estate assets.
As of this date the clerk of the court has not filed a Confirmation of Account
and Approval of Proposed Distribution ( 3514 ).
None of the accountings prepared by the co -executrices of the estate have
filed a final accounting that conforms to the requirements of 3501. 1, the approved
format determined by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Rule 6.1 (g) Sec. 14 Pa.
Bulletin 1614 Fiduc. Rep. 2d 95. UNIFORM FIDUCIARY ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES
AND MODEL ACCOUNT FORMATS, 1983.
The trust accounts can not be approved until the Co -executrices file a final
accounting for the Estate that meets these requirements. F'
As of this date Objections to the Estate inventory have not been heard and a
jury trial is demanded. The size of the estate can only be determined after the
inventory and the fair market value of the inventory assets is determined.
